Full year	Various	PTA Snack Master/ Meal Planner	Help organize snack closet, purchase supplies to keep it full. Manage inventory to A&S classes, PTA meetings and events. Help committees and PTA board order food for full meals and required events which include; Harvest Festival, PTA Dinners, and the Conference Dinners.	Shopping in bulk, delivering to school, organizing and making sure we have what we need for all activities	+1-2 Sarah Thompson signed up to manage after school snacks, we need a few more helper to manager PTA Dinners and meeting snacks. Continuous thru school year	Various	Food & Beverage Coordinator for A&S After School Enrichment Programs	Manage snacks for students. Restock snack cubbard, prepare and hand out snacks for each class. Several volunteers can share this job.	Snacks should be in the class location by 3pm. Shopping can happen anytime (full reimbursement from PTA)	4-5	Dianna Fontes ptapresident@chiefjoepta.com
